2011 Student Registration Form
All students must bring their completed registration form, signed by a parent or guardian, to their educator. Students who arrive to CCCD without a signed form will not be allowed onto the grounds.

The day a school attends CCCD is pre-assigned
Schools and school districts are pre-assigned the days they will attend. Speak with your school or school district's CCCD representative to learn more. When creating your account and registering students, the day your school is scheduled to attend will be listed.
